  1. Shipping Locations: We currently ship our pickles across India, covering most locations within the country. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

  2. Shipping Methods: We use reliable courier services to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location within India.

  3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

  4. Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-4  business days from the date of order placement. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  5. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location within India. Generally, orders are delivered within 3 -4 business days from the date of dispatch. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

  6. International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping through our website. For international orders, please contact us directly for assistance.

  7. Packaging: Our pickles are carefully packed to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. We use appropriate packaging materials to maintain the quality and flavors of our products during transit.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact our customer service team  on the days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund as per your preference.

  2. Quality Concerns: We take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our pickles, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We may request evidence of the quality issue to process a refund or replacement.

  3. Returns Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the items. Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging and condition.

  4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days after we receive the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  5. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 2 hours after  placing order  provided it has not already been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
